I bank with PC and am able to pay online through their online billing function. When I search CRA I was told to look for something with2011 in the name, but all I find are various random things, CRA - Payment on filing (or something worded similarly) and CRA - 2012 installments. I was told it would be separate from one I paid last year, but the CRA - payment on filing is the same as last year.
Also, I won't be paying all at once, I owe 900$ and only need to put 500$ down right away. Help? This thread is currently associated with: N/A

What about writing a cheque and mailing it in? Or maybe call the cra number while you do your online banking to get the correct cra.

I think that you would use the CRA payment on filing, as filing is current. The arrears account is for payments in arrears, 2012 installments is future installments. You have to put your SIN number in when you use the bill payment option if i remember correctly anyways, so they will figure it out I am sure. You can call and double check.
