Zellers on Kipling and Queensway - unbelievably rude staff

First off, the store (Zellers on Kipling and Queensway in Etobicoke) is a mess, nothing is marked properly price-wise. I found a rug I liked, no tag and no price, the whole section is a mess. So after not being able to find an associate, I take it to the customer service desk. The girl over there pages 'Marlo' over, Marlo prances over and the two of them start rolling their eyes and talking about how I took the tag off while I'm STANDING RIGHT THERE, like they're in high school gossiping about someone as opposed to at their job serving their customer.

So forget the rug, didn't want it after that stupidity, and didn't want anything else I was going to purchase, for that matter.

OP, there are some good employees at Zellers and I am sorry that they will be out of a job when Target comes to Canada.

The two employees you described -- not too sorry for them.
