They were in the local papers out here as well I am pretty sure they are in an email from safeway!!

If you don't receive the paper, there always seem to be extra flyers at the front of the store. Also, most of the tellers are really kind if you mention the coupon- the ones at my local Safeway will often scan an extra copy they have on hand as long as you mention the flyer.
