I'm having GREAT fun trying some of these new and VERY easy recipes! Last night we tried Pumpkin's recipe, which I was a little skeptical about at first, but my 2 year old CLEANED HIS PLATE. And my hubby, who thinks he is a chef (mascarading as an aircraft mechanic) said we should make it again.

But not tonight. Tonight I am VERY excited to try Misstarbender's recipe!

My DH LOVED it! It's his favourite so far. I really liked it as well. It wasn't my 2 year old's favourite, but we kind of expected that. I forgot to put the garlic in, but it still turned out well.

We had CLB's recipe for dinner tonight---YUMMY!!

We're just waiting on Julsie-pie's, which is just as well, because I still have lots of recipes to go through.

I received the last envie today. Ordinarily, I would check them over and drop them in the mail tomorrow (friday), but I haven't gone through all of the recipes yet. If it's okay with everyone, I'll drop them in the mail first thing Monday morning.

I'm totally curious about the recipes that were sent! I wonder if anyone is interested in posting them here...I need quick easy recipes too. Mine I could link since I found it at Kraft.

Of course I'm on this stupid pre-bikini diet so all I think about is food....all the time....sigh.
