Safeway had a BOGO sale. We have BOGO coupons. One free from the store sale, the other free from the coupon. Some have had this refused but it appears to be well within Safeway coupon policy. My store wrote the undiscounted price on the BOGO coupon and gave me full credit for the undiscounted price. Less club card discount, less BOGO = better than free. Pretty much covered the taxes.
