To those parents that give formula only to their children do you also give vitamins like d drops or trivisol, etc. My family doctor said I didn't need to give extra vitamins because it is all in my babies formula, but my pediatrician didn't say yes or no when I asked him.

I have 3 kids right now, all of them were formula fed and I never supplemented with vitamins. They are turning out pretty great so I wouldn't worry about giving anything extra. But of course-take your Doc's advice next time you have an appt. =)

Vitamin D is already added to the formula. So not necessarily to give additional supplements unless there is some sort of medical reason. A normal healthy baby will get it all from the formula.

Everything is in the formula, as already posted. Please keep in mind you can do damage to bodies by giving them too much of a good thing, so I wouldn't do extra unless doc said so. (just google too much vitamin d). And now it's nice out, so the sunshine helps with the vitamin d.
