    I found various kinds of deodorant on the clearance table at my local LD. Obviously I was really excited since most of them I had coupons for which would make them free! Please note: I was NOT going to stack coupons, just one coupon per item. Anyway, when I got to the till they told me I can't use coupons on clearance items? Is my store just making up their own rules again, or is this a Canada-wide policy?

    I've used coupons at my LD on clearance items. London Drugs is still getting the coupon value back from the manufacturer so I don't see what the problem is.

    go back today and try a different cashier.. argue the point with the manager.. that is wrong.

    i have stacked on clearance cover girl back in dec. I dont see why they would say no. did you go to a regular cashier or CS?
