Portable AC

it's going to be another scorcher this summer in toronto

my building won't allow window a/c be kept all year around

so, after much pondering ......... i've decided to do nothing

Frugal, think there might be another kind of portable air conditioner a floor model similar to a dehumidifier, DS was talking about it and was thinking about getting one, maybe check it out at a few stores. Good Luck, stay cool.

i tried the portable ac before
it's too loud and not as powerful as a window air conditioner

i'm pondering whether i shoud just get a rental a/c
don't want to commit to buying one just yet
the rental co provides delivery/installation
