I don't know how many of you are members but those of you who aren't should join. This week alone I made $10. The surveys have been rolling in!

I also know that they don't accept new members all the time.

This used to be TNS, they have also partnered with what used to be Lightspeed Research. Great oppurtunity for those of you who are not members already.

Everytime I finish a survey with this place I get a email telling me there is another one available just to click on the link to be told there is nothing available. #EmailSpam

I get this too ^^ and sometimes with other survey panels as well..I'm guessing sometimes emails are a little slow :/

Does anyone know if they have any CS? I had an issue with a 20 min. survey I did, after I completed it I got an error page..this happened to me again today! and I'v contacted them several times and no answer! not even a confirmation email..it's like there's no customer service..
Has anyone ever tried contacting them with luck...? ..this sucks!

This happens all the time with these guys, I find if you leave their surveys for a bit (need to answer the phone etc) this will happen. Doesn't usually happen if I complete them in one sitting

Hmm..I actually did complete them in one sitting :/ / and after over a week of sending them an email still nothing..

Login in to your accounts. Just logged in and found I was creditied 3000 points. I've sent them like 5 emails no response so I have up on them. Still didn't get any contact from them. Not sure what is going on on their end.

Once again I'm having issues with survey's not crediting me... I completed a 40 min. survey and did not get points, the survey however is still on my profile, pending, except when I click on it it says thank you, your responses have been collected or something like that, and the survey number is there....but again, I have contacted them many times and not ONE response!
This is really painful to go through....40 mins. and they can't even respond to me? This is not ok.....
I don't know how much longer I'm going to be a part of this horrible panel. I do long surveys and don't get points and CS is nonexistent.
