This appears to be a sale at specific locations in the Toronto region, as well as central and eastern Ontario.

It does not seem to be in place for southwestern Ontario ( Lake district)

I believe that is only for the Victoria Day Event since it does say "at participating locations". The Friday Fever and White Tag Sale should take place at all Goodwill's.

You are quite correct that those sales are on at Goodwill stores **in your district.**

Promotional sales can be regional and that link on the posters was to your region.

If you go to other websites for other Goodwill regions and call their stores- that set of sales is NOT in effect at all.

SUMMARY: Those sales are for the Toronto region ( ie where you are) and selected central Ontario and eastern Ontario locations, as I stated earlier.
It is NOT for southern and southwestern Ontario. ( where I am)

Just clarifying it is not " all stores".
I hope that the people in your region enjoy shopping those deals.
