I too had issues, but mine were because I was using an iPad. When I told the customer service lady, she said it will not work with the iPad, even though I have had no problems ordering from web saver before. I got the same response, they will try to send my my coupons, but I may just get random ones! But free is free and I can trade them for the ones I wanted!

If they did away with websaver it is possible that you could still choose the product you want without it being through websaver. I'm sure kellogg's can set up a site of their own where you can go to order the coupon with a pin. I never reccomend that the coupon be for ONE product anyways, if they decided to put it back to a cut out on the box. I don't know where you got that idea.. The coupon could very well be for a choice of many different products...

theres many other companies that have tried to do it on there own site and they have also run into tech. problems... bugs etc. so not sure how this would solve the problem. Theres many different browsers and each one handles sites differently. I find no method seems to really make every body happy.

agree that popup blockers are a problem. I think they went to websaver to build the number of websaver members and thar allows them to get other coupon promos in front of more people.
