exclusive to Vancouver Island train

I would like a coupon train specified to my local area. One to ensure that all coupons can be used at stores we have locally, and to create a fast moving train. So anyone located on Vancouver Island, BC, feel free to jump aboard the VI express! Looking for about 6-7 members.

I am wanting to keep the rules very simple. i will start by sending every coupon I do not need or want (expiry date july 1st or later), the next person can take what they want and replace with their unwanted coupons, I just ask that if there are 10 of one coupon or something like that, take 2 or 3, not every one to make it fair to others. Once the envelope is received, please mail it along to the next person on the list within the next day. Hoping to get this train underway in the next week or so.

no boarding passes, like i said this will be just a good old fashioned train for people local to my area. I have always wanted to join a train they've just gotten so complicated from what they used to be (so i heard from my mom, she couponed a lot when i was a baby) once i have 6-7 names i will make the mailing list out, and mail my unwanted coupons to the first name.
