HELP AGAIN with my Shoppers points

Hello dear couponers,

Can anyone plss help me to understand the points pls ... I got the following
Today was a 20x the points event

3 x Doritos $ 2.49 = $7.47
1 x Johnson bubble bath $3.99 = $3.99
3 x Gillete raxors $ 5.00 = $15.00
4 x optic white toothpaste $1.99 = $7.96 (10x the points)
5 x Dial body wash $3.00 = $15.00
1 x cup $2.99 = $2.99
1 x gift card $25.00 = $25.00

I use in coupons:

5 x $2.00 off any Dial = $10.00
4 x $1.00 off toothpaste = $4.00


Before coupons and taxes: 77.41

after tax and coupons $71.27

Points:

Regular points: 770
Products bonus points: 360
Transaction Bonus points: 9880
Points earned: 11010

So my question is ... how do they calculate the 20x points doesnt make sense to me !! plss

Ok, you don't get 20x the points on Gift Card, just regular points! So your regular points is 770, you get 20x the points on the products you buy, so 770-250 (regular points for GC) is 520.

20x the points of 520 is 10400 minus the base points 520 = 9880

You got product bonus points but you don't get bonus points on bonus points!

You earned 250 base points on the gift card that you purchased, however Shoppers will not give you 20x the points on gift card purchases. So, if you take your base points (770) and subtract the gift card base points (250) you get 520 points. Multiply 520 points by 19 and you get Transaction Bonus points of 9,880.

I guess your 25$ GC is an SDM GC? You get base point on Gift cards but no bonus points. So that's why you have 770 base points (250 for GC and 520 for the rest of your purchase). Your 20X points are calculated on 52$. (520 x 19x = 9880pts, + 520 regular= TOTAL 10,400 ) If you add 360 BP for toothpaste and 250 points for 25$GC it makes 11,010 BP.
