they must be talking about the contest where you can win one http://www.facebook.com/lysolcanada click the "win a free dispenser" picture to enter.
Got it today, didn't realize that it was just the dispenser,
the company got smart. they are forcing us to buy the refill, knowing most people have figured out a way to refill themselves without having to go out to get the more expensive lysol handsoap.
