i saw advertised for a free lysol no touch handsoap system. it said to go on to their facebook page but there is nothing there. has anyone else seen this?

the company got smart. they are forcing us to buy the refill, knowing most people have figured out a way to refill themselves without having to go out to get the more expensive lysol handsoap.
