I had a chat with one of the CS staff at RO LD the other day about the 'P&G 4 Like" coupons. We both concluded that it was vague at best and up for a lot of interpretation. She took all my coupons. It probably depends on what cashier you get and how they interpret it.

I live right by there - wow. That sucks. Thanks for the heads up! Glenmore and 18th street SE. Seriously, in what world can't you use a coupon on a sale item? I have shopped there for breast pump rental but that' s about it. I had a few prescriptions filled there but avoid it.

I am pretty they charged us $150 twice for my rental - a deposit and then my husband when he returned it but my hubby can't find his end of the paperwork. So Ihave to eat it. they told him they were only charging his credit card and refunding mine. But no refunds were ever made to mine also they hounded me with phone calls/vm's when a prescription came in and we were out of town for a couple of days. It was not covered by my plan, which I knew and it was expensive, which I knew. But they acted like i was doing a dash and dine! I told them in person when I got there that we were out of town for 4 days so chill. Then later they wouldn't even order a standard generic liquid iron for my son because they didn't make enough money on the OTC item to bother so they sent me elsewhere.

Having said all of this, I get along with the cashiers quite well. They are always nice to my son and I when we are in there. But overall it's kind of a crowded dumpy little store and the atmosphere is not great. I use their flyer to PM and so far that's it.

sdm always special orders for me. I order it right before a bonus point weekend. And sometimes it comes in and it sits there for a few days and they are ok with it.

I have had problems with rexall and the pharmacists they didnt seem to know what they were talking about. which was frustrating. Went to sdm and they helped me.

Thanks for letting us know though. I will keep my eyes peeled anyway but no, wouldn't buy extras. Wish I had a few of the last one. I liked the front page toothpaste coupon and the B1G1 freshmatic or whatever it was (gave to my family member who uses them all the time!)

As an aside, I use Nutro though for my 3 +1 adopted dogs so I do like that. If anyone wants to trade the cat/dog Nutro save them for our next meet or PM me. Also I have extras of the Tostitos of anyone needs. Don't forget, I think the deadline to buy is tomorrow.

SO my update:

I went back to LD and (silly me) forgot the receipt, however the lady that loves coupon'ers was in, and she let me exchange the colors! I would of been able to use my coupons that I had with me, HAD I brought the receipt. I was almost tempted to go home and get it! But I figured it was my mistake, and at least she let me exchange the hair color!

No email back yet but it is the weekend so I imagine the earliest I would hear from them would be Monday.

I go to rexall in panorma hills ( I believe its on panatella drive) and used coupons on every purchase and noone has said a word. Just smile and put the coupons through.

I seems to really depend on the cashier. You would like that the money is coming out of there pocket. I don't see what the big deal is, the manufacturer gives the company the money for the coupon.

I got a response back from Rexall this morning

"Hello Tracy,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Can you kindly provide me with the address of the store location you visited so I can follow up.

We do not have a coupon policy. Whatever is on the back of a coupon is what we honour.

However, you cannot use a coupon on a sale item if the back of the coupon states this promotion can not be used in conjunction with any other offer. "
