Your neighbour's actually let the dog stay out in their yard for a whole hour barking at that early hour? Man that is rude. Whenever my 2 even start to respond to the nasty little ( adorable!!) Yorkshire Yapper 2 yards down I scold them immediately and if they try again we go back inside. We are certain she has a doggie door and can go in and out there whenever she pleases.
Even when I toss recycles out into the larger receptacle, she hears the cans and bottles hit and comes running out to let me know! ( I think she thinks she is a guard dog) ha ha

yes the dog IS lonely as her human " Mom " works and her human Dad I suspect never really took a shine to her, just tolerates her existence I think. I've never seen either of them walk her. Now when I say she is adorable I really mean it. Hearing her I do get ticked off because it can be all day on and off that she yaps, setting my dogs off who are inside and hear her ( and they in turn wake up the shift workers here ), BUT every now and then I see her on their front deck ( all enclosed ) as I am walking by with mine and my heart just melts at how tiny and fluffy she is!
( and yes she barks at us the whole time we walk by!! )

​It grinds me gears when people intentionally park in a designated disabled spot. A spot that is clearly marked. While a person who is tethered to oxygen & one leg in a cast is entitled to be there. When the *nice* man told this couple who were in their 70's to "F" off...that was the last straw! To make a long story short, the parking spot thief came back out to find a nice ticket waiting for him.

Awesome...good to see that happen.

Unexpected expenses on a tight budget sucks

when people are too lazy to put their cart back in the cart corral. a middle aged couple left their cart in the lot and it went barreling at high speed across the parking lot toward the side of someone's car. I had to sprint to catch it before it slammed into it. Made eye contact with another person in the lot who gave me a smile and a thumbs up. Felt like saying a few choice words to the couple as they were rummaging around in their car but thought it wouldn't be worth it.

I hear ya. Even worse when the cart corral is literally a few steps away and they leave the cart right in the parking lanes.
