I have very fine, 'tempermental' hair...............I rarely color it...............because it might just dry up & fall out ............don't care for the bald look.

Yeah, I've pretty much had every colour of hair possible. lol. I chopped it all when I got pregnant with DD because at the time it was very blonde and I was afraid of the chemicals.

I haven't dyed it or cut it since. It's now a few inches longer than shoulder length.

my portugese friend has very nice, thick, 'wiry' hair that grows an inch and a half a month.............she can dye it, bleach it, color it non-stop,.............and it just keeps on looking amazing as ever...........she's a hairdresser by trade & can do amazing things with her hair.............the other moms on the playground gave her the nickname "Mrs. Hollywood" - but she didn't like that for some reason.
