I've broken them up and tossed them in pasta sauce. or chop and toss in a hash with potatoes.

cut em up fine and mix them into KD, or homemade mac 'n cheese, or if you can 'grind' them up fine and use them as the base for shepherds pie. or a base for a taco salad.

Yes, I've done all of the above and more. There often seem to be two or three frozen ones left - and in a pinch, I've even 'bent' and broken them when frozen, and fried them up, adding a bit of water as they thaw and sautee.

BTW, the chili was absolutely delicious. I used a can of Aylmer Accents spicy red pepper and didn't even need to use chili powder!

glad to hear the chilli turned out - for next time my DH chops em up into larg chunks and simmers them in a pot of gravy then serves them over french bread or we do the chili thing.
