My snow drops are in bloom, and 2 bunches of daffodil leaves are up about 3 inches.
Two 2" high clumps of what I believe is spider grass are green and showing! Too early for crocuses. Did see a spot of greenery under fall leaves and yard debris while I was raking this morning (I don't want to slip on branches or pine needles).
Ugh, it's all covered  And it's bloody snowing again.
yeah @22hicks I see "snow drops " here as well but they are falling from the sky.......BOOO! the snow just does not want to stop for March.
First crocus must have budded and opened up in the past three days! Saw it this morning to see what emerged from the ground during this mild spell. It's ahead of last year-the crocuses opened up well past St. Patrick's Day in 2015.

Even my forsythia bush started growing fast.. waiting for buds though!

Lonely purple crocus has not yet a companion or two bloom alongside yet. The dusty miller plant tops are half white while their bottoms remain a silvery green.
So much in bloom already here - love love the purple heather especially - and the daffodils. Three weeks ago, I put the end of a bok choy into water and it grew roots and a bunch of new leaves. Yesterday I planted this into soil and it is now outside - hope it grows well.
3 yellow crocuses in bloom today.
saw trees beginning to leaf out today... still no robins though
