I rearranged where I planted some things and I will see if they grow better in their new locations. I knew that there was supposed to be a lot of rain last night, so I made sure to get it all in the ground and I didn't have to water it...mother nature did that for me.
Dh is going to install a rain barrel beside our shed, which is next to one of the garden patches. He wants to hook a hose up to the bottom of it for me to water without having to use a watering can. I'm not sure about the water pressure, but we'll just have to wait and see. Dh is getting the water barrel and stand for free, so it is certainly worth trying. The location of the water barrel is also away from LO, so it should be safe.
