You know, I heard from someone that if you have centipedes in your house you will NOT have cockroaches? I think these are actually a non-chemical treatment for cockroach infestations as they hunt them.

I think bugs are cool. I feed them to my lizards

i dont mind bugs. depends on the bug. anything more than 8 legs is creepy! i hate centipedes or millipedes. i dont really mind ants or bees or spiders tho. and lady bugs, and grasshoppers and things are kinda cute. I was running a bath tonight for my daughter and go under the sink to grab the bubble bath, and behind it was the worlds biggest centipide. It was huge! so i closed the door. and than reopened it , it was still there. so i went and got a shoe to kill the thing with. Couldnt believe the size of the thing tho. But ive noticed that with alot of bugs these days. they just keep getting bigger.

They feed off of dust from around the inside of our house and outside. dust from concrete, brick and anything else! creepy little critters and i hate them too!

How about the size of mosquitoes these days?!? When I was a kid, mosquitoes were small. These days, the buggers are HUGE!!!!!! :o

I to am afraid of spiders, anything that crawls or flies basically.
I remember before my married years- if I had a bug in my bedroom and neither of my parents couldn't catch it I would sleep on the couch for days. Oh my.

I've learnt to do a 'spider check' whenever I enter the room. LOL

um, i dont know how i feel about that!!!
the thing was my baby was lying on the floor and the first centipede ran under her then the couch.... im lucky she didnt see it and try to play with it or eat it!

i have an issue with spiders too... but when you move out on your own, my philosophy is kill it or eat it when you are sleeping. I am also convinced they will crawl up my nose. so i just smash them with a shoe, or get whatever cleaner i can find.

The only bug I don't like is the june bug. (at least I think thats what they are) They rub their wings together and make a ton of noise. It's disgusting. And they're impossible to kill too! I thought I had killed one but the next morning it was still crawling around the floor.

I am so with you on the hating bugs thing. My worst is spiders of any size! There was a mini one on my windshield yesterday but I was on the highway so it flew off.
But I did find a huge centipede one day in the sliding door track at my trailer. Of course my hubby wasn't there that night. It was horrifying!!! My neighbour came and got it for me and it made the most horrific crunching sound when he killed it.
I am feeling all creepy, itchy, crawly and grossed out right now!

My worst bug story is probably from when I was about 7. I was blowing those big bubble gum bubbles that you can only get from chewing hubbabubba, and not payin much atttention. Next thing I know there is something stinging the inside of my mouth! I gues a wasp got caught in my bubble! It was not a fun experience as it was my first bee sting and we learned that i am mildly allergic and will break out in hives if I get stung. Now if I see a creepy crawly bug I run screaming.

I don't mind bugs in general but those House Centipedes make me nearly hit the floor. Something about those creepy things make my heart stop. If I found one in my car I'd bail too.

Ugh... I hate any creepy bug things.
I have had to get over it a bit cuz I live on my own now.
I spray the hell out of it and trap it under the cap to die. Then when the baby daddy comes for pick up or drop off he has to get the kleenex and flush it. I can't even touch them when they are dead.

My mom says one of my first words was 'fly' LOL
I would stand in the crib and scream "fly, fly, fly"
Even at two, I wouldn't go down for a nap with a bug in the room.

i hate bugs!!! especially when they're walking around your house. I can't go near them. I have to vacuum them, push them out with the newspaper or get someone to kill them.
