I been having nothing but problems trying to enter codes for the Kelloggs free breakfast item, I go to the page. enter code. enter. box goes blank. re-enter code. in red letters it says code is currently being used. Anyone else having this problem?
I have called and emailed kelloggs and they didn't understand why this was happening to me the rep requested the coupon for me, it happened again but with 7 codes she told me to email them to her and she will put them through on her end. I had asked for a comf email just so I know that it was done and I still haven't heard anything back its been about 2 weeks. I have another code (my family eats a lot of cereal) I thought maybe this time it will work cause the site was down yesterday but nope still same message I tried to call kelloggs this morning and they have a message saying they are not available during regular hours??

I had a problem with one code like you described above. I called the 1-800# and the new code they gave me worked. My guess is that something is wrong with the website...

Try logging out of your web saver account, then shut down your computer and restart it, then enter the code. I had a problem with the first code I entered and. They had to give me several codes on the phone until I did that, then it worked. The second time I entered a code, I did that first and it worked fine for me.
