EDIT : The OTB payments are now showing up under My Account on CRA
----------------------------------
This is the new tax credit starting from July -2012 and its combining the previous 3 rebates like the OSTC, OEPTC and NOEC.
http://www.fin.gov.on.ca/en/credit/otb/index.html
Can any of you guys see how much you are going to get when you log into your My Account on the CRA website.
I am supposed to get this monthly rebate , but when I log into My Account and under OTB it shows me nothing..is it the same for others , or can they actually see an amount and deposit dates when they go into My Account on the CRA website and click on the OTB link.
Important Information:
The Ontario Trillium Benefit (OTB) is the combining of the payment issuance for three existing programs: the Ontario energy and property tax credit (OEPTC), the Northern Ontario energy credit (NOEC) and the Ontario sales tax credit (OSTC).
The OTB payments will be issued on the 10th of each month, starting on July 10, 2012. Therefore, if you are expecting an OSTC or an OEPTC/NOEC payment, it will show as an OTB payment. This thread is currently associated with: N/A

I found this link. If it does not work, I went to the CRA website, went to the page for family and children benefits where all of the calculators are located and there was a link on it from that.
http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/ebci/icbc/s...SimnController
or try this link, click on OTB on the right

I did the calculation from the link below.
http://www.fin.gov.on.ca/en/taxcredi...rQuestions.asp
The only problem is that when I log into My Account in the CRA , it doesn't show me anything under OTB, but all the other credits like GST etc clearly show how much I am getting and the deposit dates for the next year or so, under My Account on the CRA.
But when I Click on the OTB link in My Account no dates or installments show up, whiche is weird.

Oh I get you....I am having a slow week....sorry.
Mine did not show anything either, but when I looked into my CCTB for July it did not show anything either. I would assume that the information is not processed yet...

I think they haven't updated the OTB payments yet .
They will be on the 10 th of each and every month i.e 12 payments each year.
The GST/ HST payments will remain the same i.e qtrly i.e 4 payments each year.
If you used to get refunds from rent then you should get the monthly OTB payments , provided you filed a tax return and applied for this credit.

Everyone's accounts will have it listed on July 1st. Hopefully mine makes up for the missing tax refund because that was very depressing this year.

It might be more than what you were getting previously. The only difference is that its going to be spread out over 12 monthly payments as opposed to one single lump sum payment. I guess the gov. Gets to eat your interest in the mean time
Anyways you see your monthly OTB payments below , just enter your info at the link below.
