We tried to take ours to H&R block yesterday and it was a 7-8 hr wait. I'm thinking it may be easier to do it myself.

I took advantage of yesterday's 'nice' weather
to get it done.... 4 returns in 5 hrs. Oddly enough, I actually enjoy doing them. Going to wait until the last week of April to file them though.

Hmm. I still need to gather a couple of things; am missing a slip somehow.
Admittedly, I've never done my taxes myself; I always gather everything up and Dad's accountant does my taxes also.
I spent the afternoon gathering everything to send to them. And I made up a spreadsheet of income and work-related expenses and stuff.

Ugh. See? Proof that taxes are a big waste of time, as Boo said. :-P

I've always done my own -- but I rarely do them right.. My calculations always seem to be slightly off from RC.
