This is a Harris Hawk named Hans! (They are not that creative with the name)
About 30 minutes into his show the wrangler asked if anyone wanted to catch him! I was first up! No pic of me yet but I have included one of another club member in action.
I have heard of the sport of Falconry but didnt see why it would be such a big deal. Believe me, as soon as the bird hits your wrist..... you get it! What an amazing feeling!!
