Hey! I would love to see what everyone's plans are for this redemption weekend? Anyone buying anything good? anyone using a first redemption to rack up points for a second one?

I plan on going at 11 tonight to the 24 hour store, doing a quick $75 for the promotion and racking in an extra 40k points so I can do the $200 Level (had to do some budget-booster shops to eat away my points latley...)

Not sure what I am going to get for redemption,

Sunscreen, Juice boxes, milk, bread, eggs.

I would love to see what everyone else is planning!

I was just coming here to post this.

OP - it seems the tills are still allowing the BP to be applied but SDM is going in manually and taking them out at a later date so if you spent them all now and were close to empty on the card what would they do ... make you negative points?!?! Then you get a new card! Possibly lose out on less points being stolen

Yup, I was just there again today to top up my points before this weekend, and I had BP added with the 18,500, so I am fully expecting these to be removed. I am making sure before I go in that I am taking into account the amounts that will be removed before I start shopping. So ridiculous that they wouldn't just fix it on their systems instead of doing it this way.

List is still in the works, but so far I've got...

    CoverFX $39
Day cream (Vichy or LaRoche or whatever is on sale)
    Face cleanser
    Spray on sunblock
    Nose strips
    Primer or BB cream
New clutch (will see what the Beauty department has )
Will also look at the watches and maybe get some gum too
    Oatmeal
    dog food
Just walk around and see if anything else strikes my fancy (food, books, etc.)

This is a "treat myself" redemption (but although they are more "luxury" things they are things I need like day cream, sunblock, primer, etc.)

You're a smart canuck, Ladybird, getting that Wii today!! Now, at Christmas, you won't have to worry about arm wrestling someone else for the last one at your local Shoppers during a redemption!
