Very simple to reset your ip address.. and it looks like they're only checking for same IP only, because I entered the same address with same details and got dozens of these coupons in the mail.

not true, it all depends on what connection you have... static or dynamic. As for address it is being checked for in the ontario giveaway, probably they noticed people reseting their ips.
