OMG, I know!! I still have one in pull ups and I can't wait until he's potty trained so I don't have to shell out 15-18 dollars a week for them. Even with coupons it's getting expensive!

We're just starting to try potty training but it's not going so well. I'm sure both will be in diapers for a bit. Hopefully DD will pick it up soon though. But yeah, training pants or just as if not more expensive than diapers!

Alright, enough of my pathetic pity party....

I was going to try and make poutine for dinner. I haven't had it in years and years. I don't think the girls have ever had it. But I couldn't find cheese curds. So I thought I would take teh cheap route and use moza cheese. But then I couldn't find any grazy mixes. So alas, no poutine here. I think I'll just make nuggets and fries. I nice comfort kinda dinner. Totally defies the Canada food guide, but oh well, so did the poutine.

Do you have any beef boullion or stock? You can make gravy with that. Make a roux with butter and flour, mix in the boullion/stock and add some water and seasonings.

If someone gets you some Costco GC's, I found the costco diapers fine and never leaked, and they're half the price.

DD can't use Huggies and that seems to be what they carry. I wish they had Pampers. Hopefully DS will be okay in Huggies.

I think it takes time to get into the mind frame of yes this is a really good price and i should buy more than 3 cans(which is what i used to do!)

If its a good price, you know you'll use it and you can afford it - stock up!!

yup exactly we use Hamberger Meat alot and the Lean was on for 1.99 a pound and where I get it it is ZERO fat so as my son says it now looks like a half a dead cow in the freezer

Now, I'm addicted to coupons. Especially on baby supplies. That stuff is expensive! Now, I can't bring myself to pay full price for anything. lol

I know! Between my 3 kids I think honestly, I've paid full price without a coupon on maybe 2 packs of diapers. I've been using coupons for easily 10yrs. I guess it must be 10 yrs since my son will be 10 this summer! I wish I had figured out there was coupons for baby shampoo and stuff earlier though.
