At Metro they have Natrel Milk for regular price, however the back of the package has $10 worth of coupons. One of which is B2S5 on Sunlight Laundry.

At Zehrs this week it's on sale for half price, $4.14 per bottle, so using the coupon you would get two bottles for $1.64 each! Plus there are more coupons on the milk.

Also, at Metro they have $2 off coupons for Kraft Sizzling Salad Dressing/Meat marinade kits which are usually $4.00, on sale for 3.49 so with coupon they are only 1.49 each!

*Does anyone know where i can find the listing of all the abbreviations used on this site? I get confused sometimes!

Also, does anyone have any good tips on finding coupons for things like fruit and vegetables, we are now stock piling all of these non perishables but still seem to spend a hundred or so a week on milk, dairy, fruit, veggies, etc.

Also at Walmart in the baby section on clearance I found Pampers Swimmers reg. $7, stickered for $6, scanned at $5, plus I had coupons for $3.00. = $2.00 ea ($6 total vs. $21) Time to stock up for summer!

I'm assuming your in ON (with Metro/Zehrs) so try to find the T4T (Toonies for Tummies) coupons at Sobey's or Food Basics...Metro might have them too!! There are coupons for Dempsters bread, veggies, milk, cheese, lunch meat & lots of others!!
