Murren, you're from Kamloops aren't you? Do NOT worry whatsoever, EVERYONE who works at LD here is amazing.

If you're honestly that worried, look for Kim. She's the BEST. She'll help you, give you tips, and show you the easiest ways to do things. I'm always the most confident when she's ringing me up, she knows what she's doing

Good Luck! It should be a breeze. I have been stacking for a year and I still get up tight when I go. I guess its because it seems to good to be true. Getting stuff for free. It feels wrong but they allow us to do it and welcome couponers so I try to remember that. Let us know how it goes.

    This past Sunday I went to LD for a BIG shop. Among my purchases I got 16 Glade Candles. 2.99 x 16 - 12 x $2 off Glade - 8 B1G1 Glade candles = FREE
I never thought of doing the BOGO the way you did this combo. I love it and will have to try tomorrow at another store, mine was all out of candles, not even a lonely one, lol They were also out of Tide and Jergens. Thanks for posting how you did that. I just came back from LD's used $181.03 in coupons, paid $48.55 ($21.17 was tax).

I'm still confused as how the bogo with the $2 gets you free candles, if you get $2 off then get one free, you still pay .99 for the first one no? I just use the $2 and $1 from Smart Source.

I went late at night with a friend for moral support (she was learning as well) and we had a great cashier who chatted to us the whole time. It has since gotten easier. I just did a stack on Friday and got about $58 worth of stuff for $1.01 ! I got 4 containers of tide for $2. I still sweat and feel panicky (thank goodness for all the free deodorant I have been able to get)..but I am getting more and more confident.

Best advice, start small so you can keep it clear in your own mind. (btw-I am still at small)
I know what you mean about all the free deodorant and I think it is better to have a real plan set out before you go in there, and keep in mind that if you can't get an item for the price you want, just leave it. There will always be more coupons, and more sales.

Don't worry , just do some simple stacks first with a few coupons , you will get a hang of it

Use straight $ OFF cpns first which are easy to stack instead og using B1G1 free & other cpns .

For example use a $ OFF brandsaver.ca cpn + the exact same brandsaver flyer insert cpn , they will have different UPC's & the stack will be simple & not complicated .

Once you get used to it ..start going for bigger stacks

It went fairly smoothly yesterday. I had 6 of the BOGO candle coupons and 1 $1 off glade candles coupon ( thanks to Lizzie Bargain , and I also went for the Jergens deal as well. So for 12 candles, 3 large lotion, 3 hand soap (and 2 pops...lol.) it came to $38 with a savings of $32!! Hubby was impressed!

    Thanks guys!

I'm always nervous, and I don't think I'll every get over it. I go to different LD's and I still in search of finding one that will allow me to successfully exit with a big enough purchase to brag about.

technically I'm surprised they approved this deal, as they gave you 8 Free using the B1G1 coupons, and then allowed allowed you to use 4 $2 off 4 of the Free candles..........

    my deal was 10 candles, using 5 B1G1's, 5 $2 coupons,and 5 $1 coupons.
