I need advanced help with excel

Last question I promise
I am trying to make this formula work that i made =COUNTIF(AND($F$14:$F$26,"No"),($B$14:$B$26,A6)) but something is wrong. I need to do this
In cell C6, insert a function that will calculate the number of occupied units in the apartment complex in A6. Be sure to enter the criteria ranges as absolute references. Copy the function down through C10.

thank you but i still need it to show if its occupied or not as if its not occupied and last done before 2005 then it needs to say need remodel

How about this:

=IF(F14="yes","No Change",IF(G14<2005, "Need to remodel","No Change"))

=COUNTIF($B$14:$B$26,A6)

Copy that from B6 by dragging down to B10 & it will change the "a6" to "a7, a8, a9" & so on. The absolute portion will remain the same.

=SUM(($F$14:$F$25="yes")*($B$14:$B$25=A6))

Hit CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to enter it as as array (it'll have {} brackets around it) & drag the formula down the column
