I know for sure you used to not be able to. BUT Price Smart just started allowing it a few weeks ago, so maybe Save on Foods does now too. Sorry I don't have a definitive answer.

I was told by CS that they only PM to Safeway cause I wanted to PM something to WM which is across the parking lot but they said no.
