I have tried several recipes and mixes and this is by far the best one I have come across! I found it at Metro for 5.99 and made it last night. It baked up nice and fluffy... very, very close to traditional bread!! It even tastes good without toasting it!! I am so impressed with this product I just had to write a review about it!! Anyone on a gluten-free diet needs to try this one!!

Bulk Barn sells them cheaper and sometimes they have them on sale for 15% off.
You should try the pizza crust one of my fav!
