Uninstall the coupon Printer IF you can. UNBLOCK your pop~up blocker!
Goto you cookie settings and clear only the smartsource cookie (using CCleaner will do most of the work for you)
re~install the coupon printer and try to reprint the coupon.
If that doesn't work maybe try priniting them from a friends/family

Well that was a waste of time. First they accused me of having a POS computer that's "not capable" even after I said other coupons print fine then they told me to try printing one at a time which is what I told them I did! And they never did answer how I'm supposed to get this coupon now
