Envie was returned home today.... I am proceeding as follows due to numerous errors.

I sent out an envie of $100+ coupons with clear breakdown of categories, here is the breakdown of what was returned to me
$18 Household (should be $20) - this includes $3 in insert coupons which were against the rules
$32 Beauty/Personal Care (should be $35)
$48.30 Food (should be $60)

Only 3 of the 8 boarding passes contained proper items off my wishlist.

I will be leaving positive feedback for the three individuals who included the correct boarding pass, and will be leaving none for those who didn't. Although I am tempted to leave neutral ratings, I would hate to screw up anyones rating for a simple mistake. I will not be sending out a prize for the most generous as the only individual who went above the required BP sent incorrect coupons.

I would like to apologize to the riders who did indeed follow the rules. This is my first time conducting and I had hoped it would be an awesome train for everyone. Clearly something went wrong along the way. I will not be hosting another train in the foreseeable future.
