I bought a 3 month supply, and what they dont tell you, is you can't snack on anything during the day, or you will gain it in weight! its like snacking x6 cause your drinking you shake in the morning/lunch/snack and than dinner.

My friends signed up for a sample a while back just to try it and they got harassed by the people selling it for such a long time. It's not even that great of a protein shake like they claim it is, it's mostly just filler and vitamins. A few dieticians I spoke to about this stuff just said it's another diet thing on the market that wont work unless you drink that and only that for the rest of your life.

they advice you to snack on the diet ive been on it for a year almost and im still loosing weight and snacking
