    Not sure if this will be happening tomorrow too but there were a ton of people handing out free samples of degree deodorant around Yonge/Dundas today. They have a .50 off coupon on the back too

    This was around 4:30 today and I got one, but on my way back by there around 5:30ish the people were gone so not sure if they will be handing more out tomorrow too or not.

    I'm discovering that! Too bad I don't pass through there too often...I work in the east end of the city and live south near the waterfront. I guess I might need to venture up that way every Sat and see what they have LOL!

    Front St. @ Bay St. is great for weekday morning rush-hour freebies.
    Also the Union Station underground by the GO Train platforms for tourism giveaways, esp. if a different city/destination is featured each day.

    That YD Square promo might have been a pm rush hour only situation. That location has some festival or summer event most weeks so that helps with launches and freebies. CityTV is just a block over-in case the station does any Breakfast Television giveaways...

    I'm from out in the country! There aren't people on street corners handing you free stuff ever LOL! It will keep me stockpiled at least if I can keep running into these random freebie people...

    They must have been giving out gum outside the rogers centre before or after the game yesterday. There were so many of those packets lying on the ground Like come on people really? You can't stick the empty package in a purse or pocket until you find a garbage can or get home?

    It would have been nice if someone had a bag or box for the unwanted gum with a FREE GUM sign. But I'm sure that the people doing the promo could not collect anything that hit the ground.

    I agree with roseofblack-what a shame that product went to waste! A pocket could have saved some gum!

    It was the EMPTY packages on the ground! So it was the lazy people receiving the freebies taking the gum out to try and then tossing the package on the ground! So disgusting!
