I have a problem redeeming my rewards. I was trying to redeem my points for the watch, but it shows me that I need 1500 pts, same with the cineplex tickets and any other rewards. Any one else has this problem, or it is only me???

I think the sites down right now....so they may have shut down the rewards claims before they turned off the site....my best guess is they are updating and adding new rewards...

Hopefully they'll have some Chalice Sets up!

not sure what's going on, all my points are gone. No rewards up.

There is definitely something wrong with the site. My account has way more points in it than it should have, but isn't showing any redemptions (yet there have been many) in the 'My Profile' page. My wife's account also has far fewer points than it should have. Others are reporting similar things on other forums, but there is nothing on their FB page yet.

They took my points, but add more invitations. What should I do with them now? I already invite all my friends???
It seems like to fix their database they had to do back up to the point when they send out survey for 500 pts. After this survey I changed my password and now I was able to log in only by using my old password.

Yes, something is definitely wrong. I tried to access to my account and it appears that I do not have it. So they deleted it I think.

All last night I received a down for maintenance page and now the site doesn't even load so I doubt they deleted your accounts. I believe they are just having issues.

It appears they are doing a roll back on their server to remove the points that were given without cause and in the process taken some accounts in the process.

La Société Stella Artois CAN - rewards ordered yesterday will likely be affected. We should know more soon and will let you know then.

Doesn't sound good - Glad I have kept track of exactly what points I have earned on a spreadsheet so I know what I should have (and didn't rely on them keeping accurate records)
