Goodness. I had no idea that sh!t happens so much in public. Thanks everyone for your craPPy stories. I feel better knowing that there is a lot of bad behaviour that everyone has to deal with and apparently I got off easy!

God i've been laughing for almost a half hour!

It's true.. dunno whether to laugh or cry.. so I'm doing both

I've seen similar toilet usage signs while in toronto visiting and shopping and had to tell my mum than asked if we were that dumb or animals.. seems so!

I've come across ALOT of this crap while in large cities [brampton, toronto, etc etc.. I'm from the sticks so ya..], bloody pads and tampons thrown around the stalls and sinks[barf!], crap not flushed, crap on the floor, crap half way up the wall of a stall no where near the toilet, or a pile [huge ass pile like 2 rolls] of toilet paper and nasty pile of crap on and around the toilet.. got an employee and we just stared at each other and chatted about how nasty some women are... bleh!

When I was about 17 or 18 I was driving to the mall with a friend. The off ramp off the highway was a 180 degree turn and as we ound the corner there is a very very very disheveled looking man with his pants down, taking a squat. Keep in mind there were trees but he was definitely closer to the road side.

I went into a bathroom and right beside the toilet was a HUGE pile of c**p and toilet paper stuck to the walls. Why? And you honestly would think that would take more work than simply using the toilet.

Hahaha I was in Westmount mall in London a few months ago. Walked in and walked out of the washroom.

It was disgusting. Someone had themselves but then half azzed tried to clean it and spread it around in circles all over the floor and left their disgusting underwear there. There also was a handprint on the wall. L O V E L Y

How can one not post in this thread. I too have been laughing for quite some time.

I used to work as a lifeguard at a public pool. We did changeroom cleaning. NEVER again in my life!

We have one story about one toilet that tops the rest of our clean-ups called two scoops...I'll leave it at that.

I did some tech stuff for the city and ended up visiting just about every department...once I had to visit a rec center and ended up posted at a desk with a big poster mounted over it, "What to do in case of fecal accident". I mean you could not miss the sign and in case you are wondering the instructions were something like this. Solid: fish it out and add more chlorine. Not solid: crank the pool filter up to maximum and add more chlorine. It really scared me off public pools, to know they just fish out the oh henrys and add more chlorine. And of course all I could smell from my desk was chlorine, so my imagination was running wild...

We called pool episodes brown trouts. lol. The pool would have to remain closed for 4 hours while the filter system and chlorine did its work.

I have a few more stories. Once a person I knew was a cleaner at a mall. He kept complaining that someone had such large "tree" movements they were 2 feet long and very wide. Of course I thought he was exaggerating. One night I get a call to come and see for myself. Not sure why I went, but I did. This person actually crapped out trees. It was so gigantic there was no way to ever flush it. The cleaners had to take it apart, out of the toilet, piece by piece and put in the garbage. I still can remember seeing it sticking way out of the top of the toilet bowl.

OMG that is hilarious - tree movements - They must have worked in the mall to do it there all the time.

My DH had a guy at his work they called the phantom sh!ter - the person would take a dump in the strangest places as a joke - Funny eh? They would tell everyone the phantom sh!ter has struck again and they would all go look at it - men??
