Judging from specifications alone, I would probably go for the Gigabyte. It is both cheaper and clocked higher than the Asus, and I don't have any issues with Gigabyte's quality or support.

However, I would probably step up to the GTX 670 if your budget allows for it. The GTX 670 is around 33% faster than the GTX 570, with much better heat and noise levels.
