Thread: Pulled Chest Muscle
-

Last night I couldn't sleep so I got up and mopped the floors at 4:30 am. I think I pulled a muscle in my chest, as all day I was having a LOT of trouble breathing. I laid down at 9 because of the constant pressure and lack of breathing making me feel woozy. Woke up at midnight and it took me litterally 15 minutes to get out of bed, until I realized if I didn't sit up and go through the pain, i'd probably pee myself. TMI, but that's how bad it got LOL.
It goes from the top of my right ribs, and right under and up to the middle of my collar bone. Under and between my boobs, pretty much. I can't sit, I can't lay, no matter what I do there's a sharp pain there, that sometimes goes down to just a milder constant one.
Anyone know what I can do, or take OTC? My doctor is now 30 minutes from where I live, and he's semi-retired so we can't just walk in, as he goes to his office case-to-case basis.
My Mom suggested A535 or Voltaren but I don't see what it'd do..
I took an advil nighttime, just for the simple fact that I hope it knocks me out, as i'm EXHAUSTED but it hurts so bad I can't sleep. This thread is currently associated with: N/APreviously CanadianBella... I'm baaack!

I did something similar at work.
Pulled in the sidewalk bins that were really heavy and ended up pulling the muscle in my chest.
i went to a walk in and he gave me a muscle relaxant cream that people usually use on their knees lol
it took about 2 months for it to heal.

oh Bella, get checked out please. Taking something to make you sleep might backfire if you really did some harm to your body. I hope it is something simple and heals fast.
((hugs)), but not tight hugs as that might hurt, lol
