First LD experience :)

Hey everyone,

I took my first trip to LD with coupons today and I feel great about it! I'm in Winnipeg, the worker was very kind and actually offered me a bit of advice because she sees couponers all the time haha

I got Colgate Total toothpaste and a tooth brush, on sale for 4.99 each but they were buy one get one free! I also had a coupon 3$ off if i get toothpaste and brush together, and had a 2$ coupon for the toothpaste! Freeeeeee!!! (I only had one of each coupon so I wasn't able to get more than one...if anyone knows how I can get multiples of the same coupons, these were from save.ca/websaver.ca thanks!)

I also had a coupon from the dentist for FREE crest toothpaste! 3.99...So what should have been 14$ I only had to pay tax!!

I'm new to this couponing thing but that super excited me! yay!!

Thanks everyone! Yes I'm very excited about it and I can't believe how nice the worker was, just heard a lot of negative things about LD staff with couponers.

She actually said "Good for you savin lots of money!" and I said "It's my first time!" witha big smile on my face haha

You can get more brandsaver if you have a relative or friend that will let you have them sent there - and then treat them to a little something you get !!

Oh thanks thats an awesome tip I'll try that! By the way if anyone is able to find coupons for ensure, I would love to get a permanent trade goin...With my sister having crohn's, she has one every day so I'm trying to help her save more money! Thanks!

great brag it is time consuming getting stacks together and figuring it out, but fun saving all that money
