As I said before, speaking up while still in the restaurant most likely would have made a bigger difference as it's impossible for them to dispute the problems on the spot.

I used to work at a Kelsey's location - you should have looked for a manager in the store, they would have not charged you for the meal, I would not take a $25 GC - I would wait until I am fully reimbursed for the whole bill
