Update Sept 5 - London Drugs Stacking & Coupon Policy

I would just like to put it out there that no matter how much people call or email customer care and complain that London Drugs limits our store to (2) of the same product it will NOT change! Each store has the right to limit quantities - this is in effect at our location because we have 1 store and TONS of people who coupon. Where as other provinces have multiple stores and less people who coupon

Let's stop complaining and be happy that we have the ability to get items for FREE - cause honestly there will be a day that London Drugs and all major manufacturer's will stop stacking abilities

silly question but how can someone clear the shelf of these 2 items when you can only buy 2 at a time

From what I have been told there is a group of 4-6 people who go in almost every day for the exact same items

LD only orders about 12 of each when in stock at the warehouse

I'm not big on LD because i'm on the other side of town.
Forgive me but, since they know they can move the product
why do they (IMO) keep the store understocked?!?

they don't keep the store understocked, if they could order more from the warehouse they would.

stock goes first to other stores in other provinces due to them having more than 1 location

I don't know if they will, I will find out, I know last year you couldn't stack on specific days due to them being busy and I think it was boxing day

There were numerous times I went into the store and there was 5 or 6 people blocking the razor aisle with their carts. I walked around the store for 20 minutes hoping that they would be gone so I could grab some razors to use up my nov expiries, of course there were none left.

I SHOULD have just butted my way in and grabbed some anyways, but I don't have the balls to.

The new coupons on Healthy Essentials are approved to be accepted until they expire on Dec 30th

I myself have yet to print them off to even see if they are stackable as the site won't load but if they are stackable and over $3 they will be accepted

Heads up!!! Even though the coupons expire tomorrow

Hi Heather,

We have had a lot of Aveeno coupons coming into the store and it looks like some of our customers are photo copying these coupons. They are from the Healthy Essentials website.


I have not heard back from Josh yet but I believe due to really rude people these coupons will most likely be NOT accepted!!

Also THIS is the reason why LD does NOT accept printables over $3 - too many people trying to ABUSE the system and for what!!
