So I just went to buy items at London drugs and they would only let me pricematch 1 item rest had to be at full cost. Drove from Airdrie they would only let me price match 1 item and only let me buy that one item at the pricematched price? So basically I drove there to save 1 dollar on one pack of wipes.. Anyone else having the same issue lately?
Now I may as well buy everything at walmart and save the dollar on gas you know? This thread is currently associated with: London Drugs, WalmartLast edited by NewbieCoupon; Thu, Mar 10th, 2011 at 07:50 PM.

LD in northeast is tough like that. I drive the extra bit and the other stores usually let you price match whatever the ad. says. Last week was able to price match J and J baby all six items, cause that's what the ad. stated!

That is their policy... to price match the first 1 item... some store are more giving... I hear that Royal Oak will do unlimited, but I never do price match.

Both Beddington and 32nd Ave have always been PM 1 item but there were a couple girls in the evening who used to PM more than one at the 32nd Ave store. They tightened that up a couple months ago though. Also the Heritage store only PM's 2 now. The only one that I know of that will do more is the RO location.

Sorry to hear about your trouble. I went to LD today and bought 4-6 roll packs of bounty and price matched the Zellers ad for $4.99. I used 18 all together coupons for the 4 and got them for $1 each. Every time I go I try to buy at least a couple of things that are not price matched (walk the isles there is usually a few good unadvertised specials), and they always ask me if I have more items to price match. they always seem surprised if I only price match a few items. Maybe try a different LD.

I know the LD at Lougheed Mall in Burnaby will do more than one and they have told us that they are one of the only ones that will do that. I also try to buy a couple of items too. Same thing for me, the girl the other day asked me if one of the other items I was buying was a price match and I said "no, it's your price." She seemed surprised by that. Then I was thinking, hey, maybe she knows it was cheaper somewhere else and I could have price matched it. LOL

You have to keep up on the threads. I have learned a lot from reading them. thanks everyone!. Heritage only lets me price match one item. I save that location for stuff that i only need one or that they offer a sale price. Otherwise, I drove to the RO location. i HOPE they continue multiple price matching.

Tracy did you see your advil on sale at WM for 3.97...
Mission I ordered some cetaphil/spectro coupons, do you still need them?

Walmart has told me before a limit of 12 ...(I was buying campbells soup at the time)... but that could have just been one cashiers take on it..
Airdrie walmart attempted to tell me you couldn't PM and coupon.. but then they talked to management, and confirmed you can.. That is the only ways I have ever had any issues at WM with the PMing and couponing. Please vote for our summer traditions on Facebook

i went Lougheed LD yesterday, total different story

only allow PM 1 item; no free item if stack coupon value more than the item price; NO STACK allow if coupon states" not to combine with another offer"; only allow buy 1 item if coupon states "1 coupon per purchase"
i was
. so, i just put down every and walk away. i rather use my coupons in WM. LD's regular price are way too hight, there is no point to shop in LD if stack not allow.
BTW, I HEARD THAT SAVE ON FOOD/PRICESMART ARE GOING TO ALLOW COUPON STACK SOON.
if this is true, i will switch over to SOF/PRICESMART. plus SOF has points.

I know that LD is getting strickter. In my opinion, I have felt it a privledge to have it going as well as it has for so long. Do I want it to end? Not at all, but I just have to keep plugging along until I know different. Will these new changes make a difference? Yes it will, but there is nothing I can do about it. I can't complain because they have been so generous for so long with the stacking. Look at Ontario and other places that don't have a LD, they consider us LD shoppers to have a great opportunity. So I just can't be down about any changes. I can be disappointed but understand and know that the changes were bound to happen and that we need to abide by them.
