what does it mean?

"CAPPED" means you've already earned maximum points for that item...

No idea...looks like they've still got some kinks to work out...

I posted a while ago about the Callaway Watch I "claimed"...
Basically i claimed a watch, got a confirmation email about it...but the points were never shown as taken on my account...
So I emailed them and said I'd post their reply when I got it...haven't heard back yet.

I claimed a Chalice Set, and got the email and points were deducted for that...so it should be on its way.

‘Elite members’. From time to time, a new elite member is chosen through a random draw from those members with more than 1500 points (at least 500 of which were earned within a specified time period per rules) and win a once in a lifetime travel experiences (you will need to read elite member rules for more details, and those rules will be posted here soon).

the last draw was for "the Stella Artois La Societe TIFF Bell Lightbox VIP Experience" and the draw period ended on March 4th.

You can reas all the info by clicking on the "Elite Rules" link at the bottom of the La Societe home page.

I don't know when the next one is though.
