So I am wondering if there have ever or are coupons out there for tin foil, what brands, and all the details around it. Also any other advice you have for getting super cheap tin foil.

I have never ever seen it in Canada. USA on EC, yeah. Here, never. We get ours from Costco when it's on sale there.

i always wait for the $1 or $0.99 sales for tin foil and saran wrap. I stock up. I've done the math, and even though it's $1 for 25' - it works out cheaper than the rest. (vs. sales I can find, anyway.)
SDM and CT are the 2 stores I see this most often at.

Also - watch canadian tire flyers - they often put their wax paper on for $0.50!!!! I buy a couple boxes of those too when it goes on sale.

CT puts plastic wrap, wax paper and tin soil for 50c quite regularly. It's not the greatest - the tin foil is quite thin - but depending on what you're using it for, it still gets the job done.

If no coupons available, but you have Canadian Tire "money", this is just as good as coupons, IMHO.
