They have them twice a year. Once at the end of August and once at the end of February Make sure you go on the last day!

For those wondering...yes I've talked to the manager. I wanted to buy some boxes that had some damage, and the only discount he would offer was....50 cents. After much pestering, we got $1 off.

I actually wear a 8.5 or 9, but sometimes the size 10's that run small fit. Too bad you aren't here, I always see tons of size 10's! For cheap too, since I guess it's not the most common size.
