Sadly, it's the same people who appear to thread stalk simply to bash other people POVs and personal experiences.

And since Tara has decided not to continue with this diet, perhaps we could have this thread closed.

My FIL craved fizzy drinks esp colas. His system crashed one day while on holiday and he spent several weeeks in hospital getting all this blood work in order so he could fly home.

Thanks alot DH666. I'm happy to say that my sugar levels were 6.7 this morning *woot* and I'm down 3 lbs, so what I'm doing at this moment diet/exercise wise seems to be working. I've found some awesome Organic & Non Gmo products this past week which is rather exciting for me. Wow, I must lead a pretty boring life lol

none of us drink much of it. Mr P was the worst though he has been cutting down through diet colas. I have ITRO 1 every 2 months and the brood only drink pops when they are in friends houses, though they prefer water or fruit juice as a first choice.
